رسوم توصيل الطلبات إلى المناطق المحلية (محافظات العاصمة، حولي، الفروانية، مبارك الكبير) 2 د.ك.
رسوم توصيل الطلبات إلى المناطق الجنوبية التي ما بعد منطقة الأحمدي 5 د.ك.
رسوم توصيل الطلبات إلى المناطق الشمالية التي ما بعد منطقة سعد العبدالله 5 د.ك.
إذا تم تقديم الطلب بعد الساعة 12 الظهر، فسيتم توصيله في اليوم التالي.
رسوم التوصيل تشمل تبديل واحد مجاني وفي حال الرغبة بتبديل إضافي سيتم احتساب رسوم اضافيه 2 د.ك لكل عملية تبديل.
للتأكد من الطلب والقياسات يمكن للعميل ابلاغ المندوب بالانتظار لمده لا تتجاوز 10 دقائق.
يحق للعميل الاسترجاع أو التبديل خلال 14 يوم فقط من تاريخ الشراء، يجب آن تكون البضاعة على نفس الحالة التي كانت عليها عند الشراء. سيتم ارجاع المبلغ كامل ما عدا رسوم التوصيل.
